Windows 7 compatability issue with hyperlobby

If HyperLobby isnt wanting to start your game and your running Windows 7 64Bit  OS. Try this
Go to your C: drive and open the following folder properties:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\HyperLobbyPro3\hlpro.exe"
Then in the properties window click on the "compatability" tab and select run thin program in compatability mode for    Windows98/Windows ME
Then check the     "Run this program as an administrator"     box.
Then go to your C: drive and open the following folder properties:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\il2fb.exe"
Then in the properties window click on the "compatability" tab and select run thin program in compatability mode for    Windows XP (Service Pack 2).
Then check the    " Run this program as an administrator"     box.
Reboot your system and then restart Hyperlobby. It should work

I haven't done Windows 7 yet.  Does the 32 bit suffer too?

not sure to be honest, however, the only thing I had to do on Vista 32 Bit is turn off the User Account Control
