Neither of the torrent links at 242nd work.   Choose the megauploads links.  After the 45 second countdown, click on Regular Download & then save the file to the folder of choice.

The HSFX seems to be runing ok. I got mine from the 242 download. The planes don't seem to need near as much trim.  I feel a smoother flight near the ground, it seems more exhilarating, or maybe it is the coke i just drank. The crank-up sounds are great!.  There is a spot in the Solvakia map where i fly and get about 10 to 12 frames, I flew the same place in HSFX and got 22 to 24 frames.  My campaign language is showing up russian.?. more to come later.
I will get the 1.8. Thanks for the link.

I don't have this issue with 1.1.1 or 1.2, (they use 409b1m)

I now have it with my 409m clean and HSFX......#@&%!!!!!

Sry Hogan...I have no ideas to offer...I have completely seperated versions, so the file that is causing problems is not being used in all versions. I don't see a common thread...

Just a thought Hogan.... but I know you have tried a totally fresh instal of the game and patched and modded it up from there and still got the same problem.....  How about bringin in an import, like a DVD from Jack or Viper with a clean and patched up game to say 4.08 at least, maybe even 4.09m so that way you know for sure that if that version works, then it was one of your previous set of game files that was the graphics problem.....  my .02 for ya' anyway....

If you install the HSFX mod pack, you'll also need to install the coop-slot-mod fix, or some of the coops will not show the planes in the aircraft selection window.  It's available here    http://www.tuttovola.it/dsplus/mplus.php

Here is a loaded question....

How the heck do you run the game once you installed 4.07 (CD), 4.08m patch, 4.09m patch, and the HSFX Mod?  I got that far, and no game launching icon..... It kept asking me to reinsert the CD to run the game..... There were instructions on the no CD fix in one of the readme's but no link.  Do I instal the original No CD fix we have used form the beginning, or am just looking in the wrong place.   As far as I know I have installed everything according to the instructions.....I think????   I haven't launched my game from teh CD yet (with the HSFX Mod installed), so I am hoping that if the No CD fix can still be installed without reinstalling all the previous files again.

Within that folder, create a text document that has the following in it.

Save the text file as

So are you saying that the HSFX modded game needs to have the No CD fix installed manually?   Not that it is a problem to do that, I just want to be sure.
