Our website "Today in History" section looks to be locked up.

What do you mean locked up? I see it having just one small entry for today.

Could be our website's date and time thing is a little off. If you are not logged in it shows some odd dates and times for things.  Was it late yesterday you saw the same thing?

I wonder too, does it go blank if it has no entries to display for a given day or does it just keep showing the last entries in that case? We'll see what happens.

EDIT - "Googling it up" as my sister in law would say, Brazil declared war in WWII on August 22nd, which is today. So it seems to be right.
