I posted this before but have been asked to again.  This works GREAT!

Here's how to make it work for YOU!!

This mod can considerably boost the framerates of those players who use texture compression (texcompress>0 in conf.ini) by enabling texture compression on the clouds.

Players using modded clouds and/or typeclouds=1 (in conf.ini) will see the greatest FPS gains, especially in bad weather.

This mod will give some FPS improvement with all other cloud settings as well.

Do it...You won't be sorry!

Just dump it in your MODS folder.  Be sure the (-) is NOT in front of your MODS folder.
