I'd like to test this mission on a suitable Monday.  The Hangers look fabulous.  I only need about four volunteers with the proper downloads etc.  Let me know who would like to beta with me.  I know we have the plane sets but not sure of the map.  We will definitely have to download the Hangers.  The links are below.  Looks like it will be a hoot.

Mission Brief:

RAF flare dropping Mosquito's mark frontline German ground targets guarding the city of Caen, France.

Rocket carrying Tempests and Beaufighters will attack bunkers, artillery emplacements, vehicles and a nearby Luftwaffe airbase.

The raid will be defended by two flights of RAF Spitfires.

The Luftwaffe will defend the town and airbase with FW190A8's and Me109G6/AS fighters.

Files:

Extract the .mis and .properties files into your
IL-2 Sturmovik1946\Missions\Net\coop\46 file folder.

I have included several different skins in the download for this mission to enhance the overall immersion.

Extract the skin folders into your IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\PaintSchemes\Skins folder.

The Mossie XVI, the Beau X and the LAL_Normandie_44 map are all included in 1.1.1, so everyone already has em.

As for the hangar mod, the link you provided is apparently for an older version of the mod, says so right at the top and gives you a link to the newest version. Looking at the pictures of the objects they added in the newer thread , I already see those objects in my FMB. So I'd wager heavily we already have that too.

Al Righty Now.  That didn't take long.  Don't even need a test..LOL  I love this Squad.  I would still like to fly it and see what kind of hiccups we get.  I'll look for the newer version of the hanger mod DW.  Must have missed that thread in all my excitement and enthusiasm.
