Installing these will change German to English with a German accent.
Open your root directory..look for sample folder..open and look for speech folder.
Open speech folder..before you make any changes back up the speech folder in case you
want to go back to default voices. Delete the DE folder and its content..Copy and paste
the new DE folder in its place. Thats it.
What I did was opened the DU folder(Dutch) deleted the content and pasted the content
of the DE folder (German) into the now empty DU folder.
The RU folder is Russians to English with a Russian accent.
You can do the same with the Slovaks folders just delete the content of each folder  ie: YU, RO ,PL,HU.
Copy and paste the content of the RU folder into the empty folders.
