I have enjoyed the position of 1st squad leader for a few years now and for me its time for a change. I have mentioned this to our leadership and was told to find a replacement. Something i hardly think is my place to do as it seems more something to be decided by others, however as of this date, Feb 19 2020 i will no longer consider myself 1st squads leader and hope someone will fit the bill before i call JetDoc in.. hahhaha I have thoroughly enjoyed being your leader in 1st squad but for the upcoming campaign someone else can call the shots..

Not sure I can recall a flight\squadron leader who served in that capacity longer.
