What do you guys do with your net folders?

I delete my skins every couple of weeks, but what about the missions? Will leaving them in help them load faster?

Leaving them in would help load faster, as the host doesnt have to transfer the files to the client, plus the mission files are miniscule in size compared to downloaded skins.
