Network software

Hey gang, Ive got a question for ya. Im looking for some software that would allow me to see all network traffic, in and out, accross my system. It must be realtime and show as much info on the traffic as possable.
Ive use Neotrace before but dont really care for it and it just doesnt have the functions Im looking for. Also, it must be free, or close as possable to that, if you know what I mean.
