I too will be absent all week starting Sunday (yesterday). As most of you know Im a chef. There is a multi-cultural event going on
in our city called Folklorama.   http://www.folklorama.ca/find-a-pavilion
I do contract work for the German pavillion. I supervise the creation of traditional and ethnic German food. This is all evening work.
