S~ All,

I have a question ... I see that both Bear and Jetdoc are currently getting ready to run back to back campaigns, both of which sound great :) the last campaign I participated in was actually my Battle of Britain Campaign, so my question is the following (multi-part):

1. What campaigns have been run during my absence (just trying not to duplicate)?
2. What length of a campaign does the group think is good (12, 24, 36 ... ect missions)?
3. Lastly, what campaign would the group most like to participate in?

I know it's been awhile since I've built a mission, but I'm almost ready to start building :)

LOL ... had to actually watch a you-tube video ...IL2 mission building tutorial ... to get the basics back  :)

Dave,

The last few campaigns we've run were a Maltese Defenders campaign, A Flying Tigers campaign, a European Black Widows campaign, a 1941-1942 defense of the Philipines campaign, an alllied-side Fortress Europe (essentially escorting bombers) campaign, and a Task Force 58 pacific campaign.  I'm probably missing one or two.  A few years back, we flew a Battle of Britain campaign that I lost thanks to Window 10 and failure to have a backup copy.  A lot of the guys have joined since we finished that one.

The campaigns run anywhere from about 16 to 36 missions.

In HSFX, the enemy AI fighters are much better than in prior versions.  I keep them at rookie and average.  Veteran AI aircraft are pretty much aces.

In this version, there are triggers that you can use to launch enemy interceptors.  You're gonna love it!

I will need to get your current mailing address to get a thumb drive in the mail to you.  If that's too slow, you can go to Mission4Today & download the installation files at http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads3&c=98

I will PM you so you can get me your address.
