There are no claims to factual events in this campaign it has been made for your enjoyment. We will fly a variety of aircraft throughout this campaign, something different in each endeavor.

Our initial attack was very effective, congratulations to teamwork!
Today we are cleaning up and establishing a foothold in this region of France.

P51 squadrons will fly to Guernsay and Jersey Islands and finish off whats left on the ground at those locations and keep an eye out for anything in the air as well, then return to base and assist in the saftey of the incoming support aircraft.

F-80C Shooting Stars,Spitfires and P38s will escort the support aircraft mostly taking off from RAF Tangmere, C47 flights will join enroute, their destinations are the C47s will land at Guernsey Island, the bombers will land at the Western Cherbourg runway.

Tempests and P47D, load for an attack on the airbase at Caen, AL11. This will be our next step forward. Take out all ground targets and enemy aircraft.

Be on the lookout for enemy recon aircraft.

Would it be possible to slightly tweak the Spitfire variant? From the Spitfire LF IXc 25lbs to the Spitfire LF IXe CW 25lbs? The difference is switching to a clipped E wing as opposed to the C.
