Thats Tiffy, Hogan. Very disappointed in you right now.

Not surprised they went the Battle of Normandy route, for several of those aircraft alot of work is already done so its kinda the path of least resistance. Much of the Bodenplatte planeset works for Normandy and vice versa, fits the low level tactical emphasis of this game too.

Their proposed map area definitely needs to be pushed south though, I'm sure they'll fugure that out. Can't fly a Tiffy over Normandy without the ability to beat the snot out of the retreating jerries in the Falaise gap.

Cool! I see so many possibilities here! Wouldn't be a far stretch to expand the English map, or go south into Southern France and Italy, and eventually North Africa. Going to get interesting!  :happy-112:

When you look at the planeset, we already have several of the aircraft used in that theater, and more coming. The 38 was a terror to the Japanese, and the 51 was invaluable on long missions. Now we will be getting the B26, P47 Razorback, and many others...it isn't a far stretch to see development of the F4F, F6F and Corsair. Once they get the Japanese planes figured out, I think that sim will take off.
