@everyone Today I have a really exciting announcement for you all!
For the past YEAR, haluter and I have been building Haluter’s Skin Downloader. An easy to use tool through which you can easily download, share and manage all IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles skins!
This is not some simple tool by which to share links or anything either. HSD is probably the most advanced skin sharing system out there with many features (and we’re not even done yet).
- Download or delete any skins for any plane and vehicle in IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles.
- Our “Uncensored Swastika (US)” feature allows you to choose if you want to see swastikas or not with the click of a button. It’s really that easy (and quite extensive)!
- Skin update checks so your skins are always up to date
- Automatic skin fix if skins are broken or accidentally removed.
- Extensive filter options. Amongst others but not limited to Main Module, Vehicle, Type, Artist, resolution
- Easily and quickly download or delete multiple skins at once
- Search function
- Skin information
- Built-in skin uploader which can handle all types of skins so everyone can upload their skins to HSD with
- Automatic folder detection if you use steam
- Built-in automatic updater for HSD itself
- and a few more you will have to find yourself during the launch!
All packaged in a simple to use interface!
HSD will become available for you all on the 5th of March!
