New System Graphic Recommendations

~S~ Folks
Just got a new computer. It has a Rtx 3070 in it. 3.9 .
Can I get some graphic help on best in game settings
please? I want to be able to see the shadows and everything
this time around. :) Thank you for your time gents.

I have some tip sheets etc…. Ultimately its users preference though..
