Help 4.09 version stopped working

For some unknown reason (probably operator head space).  MY 4.09 version no longer works.  It loads up to the Russian Screen goes to 100% shows my choices then shuts down.  Would anyone be available to help me before tonight's mission.  

If not how about another time.  I am have a very flexible schedule.  Thanks in advance

What changes have you made to either your game, or computer, since the last time 4.09 worked OK and now?

S~. was  chatting via messenger earlier today with MOAB.

   he  copied and pasted the 409 game folder to a new location, renamed it.. reinstalled 408, then copied 409 back into his UBI folder..

we left off with him  making a copy of his newly installed 408 and rebuilding it to 409.
