22" widescreen mod/setup

Jack once had a setup to clearup the screen even better.

S!  Open the conf.ini (file in your game's main folder).  At the very beginning of the file are the monitor setup lines.  here are mine:

Set the height and width to the maximum resolution your monitor will display.  My monitor is clearest at 1360 by 768.  Make sure you change the SaveAspect to =0.  Otherwise, the game will automatically default to the original settings.  Make sure you save the file after making the changes.

I had to use 1280-960.  If I went to high my screen shrunk to show black bars on either side.  Kept going through the resolutions until I found the sweet spot.

S~.. on lots of those resolutions.. you'll get the black bars as the game loads and in the menus.. but once you spawn.. full screen appears.
